Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped via USPS. You will receive a confirmation email once shipped, with a tracking number if available through the Postal Service.
Orders are often shipped within 2-3 business days of the order being placed. US orders normally arrive 2-3 days after shipped. The 2 day shipping option does not include processing time. We are a small team doing our best to get orders shipped as fast as we can. Please be patient with us!
International orders may take up to 2 weeks to be delivered due to customs.
Please note that the 2 day shipping option does not include our processing time. That is only for USPS shipping. We process and ship orders every 2-3 days. Once it's in USPS hands it is out of our control.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Order
If you think your order might be lost or delayed please contact USPS. Once we ship an order it is out of our control and in the USPS’s hands. We truly wish we could be more helpful. The only thing we have is the tracking number you received.
If your package is damaged from shipping, you can file a claim with USPS here.
If USPS is unable to deliver a package for whatever reason and it bounces back to us we will issue a refund for the order. Shipping cost not included.
We will exchange items if you are not satisfied with your purchase for up to 14 days from delivery date. Merchandise will only be accepted for exchange if unworn/unused.

Customers will be responsible for return shipping to Que Dice. Once received, your exchange will be shipped free of charge.
We want you to completely satisfied with your Que Dice purchase. If you’re not, shoot us an email and we’ll make it right.
